Alexis Rudd Masks for Maelstrom and other LARPs are still available in the UK from Kangena.
Alexis has a range of light-weight foam masks designed for the active world of Live Action RolePlay (LARP). Her designs, which include bandit-style, full face and full head masks, have also been used in theatre. These masks are for sale through her storefront. Alexis also takes commisions for one off character designs.
Having had the opportunity to try out some of her work, I must say I was impressed by the design, comfort, and expression of these masks.
