Not exclusively for fur/leather, but having killed an animal for food I'd be happy to use fur/leather and bones too. For me the distinction is not in what the dead creature is used for, but why it was killed. I find killing for greed or vanity abhorrent.
No, but given a real need to hunt and kill, I suspect I'd find it exhilarating. That would _not_ be a reason to hunt again.
