Access by e-mail

The instructions for accessing all kinds of internet services using just an e-mail account can be retrieved by:

USA, Canada, South America:

Send an e-mail to mail-server@rtfm.mit.edu with a blank subject, and the following single line in the body of the message:
send usenet/news.answers/internet-services/access-via-email

Europe, Asia, and others:

Send an e-mail to mail-server@mailbase.ac.uk with a blank subject, and the following single line in the body of the message:
send lis-iis e-access-inet.txt

Fallback:

Send an e-mail to the maintainer of the document gboyd@netcom.com with the Subject:

send accmail.faq
